This training will reflect trauma competent service\ndelivery and describe a service environment that addresses\ntriggers and perceived dangers.\n\nS E L F  C A R E  S U P P O R T I V E\nWorkers in any helping profession cannot promote wellness in\nothers if they are not well themselves. This training incorporates\nself-care practices and modeling that a peer may use with the\nperson they are supporting and for their own recovery care.\nPersonal recovery remains on the forefront for any peer and the\nmaintenance of personal wellness is incorporated into\ndiscussions and activities related to service delivery.\nA T  A  G L A N C E\nF E A T U R E S\n5-Day Format\nMeets 40 CEU Requirement\nIncludes Content Guide and\nExam Prep Materials\nCOST\nThere is no charge for attendees.\nThis training is supported by the SAMHSA Building\nCommunities of Recovery Grant, Award H79TI085544.
