SEFBHN's mission is to lead into the future by developing, managing and funding a coordinated, community-based behavioral health system that ensures accessible, high-quality, and recovery-oriented prevention, treatment and support services for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
