Change in Peer Support/Services – SEFBHN Provider Network

As we prepare for an upcoming transition in peer support services, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank Rebel Recovery for their service to the recovery community in Palm Beach County.

Rebel Recovery has been a dedicated partner in advancing peer support and has made meaningful contributions to the lives of many individuals and families. Their peers have served as advocates, mentors, and sources of hope, helping strengthen recovery supports throughout our community. We appreciate their commitment and are pleased to see that they will continue serving the community through their Parent Support, CHARS, HIV/HCV Navigation, FLASH, and RADD programs.

Beginning September 1, RiteLife Services will assume responsibility for the delivery of peer support services and peer support certification activities in Palm Beach County. RiteLife brings a strong commitment to recovery-oriented care, lived experience leadership, and community engagement. We are confident in their ability to build upon the strong foundation established by previous providers and continue supporting individuals on their recovery journeys.

While the delivery structure of peer services may evolve over time, our mission remains unchanged: connecting people with compassionate, high-quality peer support that promotes hope, wellness, and recovery. Community members can expect continued access to peer support services, certification opportunities, and a steadfast focus on person-centered care.

We are grateful to both organizations for their dedication to serving our community and look forward to this next chapter in strengthening recovery supports across Palm Beach County.

Together, we remain committed to ensuring that every individual seeking recovery support has access to the services, encouragement, and resources they need to thrive.
